Refund / Replacement / Cancellation Terms

Prospec accepts no responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods. If goods are however ordered correctly but supplied incorrectly then Prospec will replace these with the correct item following the return of the incorrect goods.

Items including locks, cylinders and keys are manufactured on a specific requirement to suit the customer's master series and such items cannot be cancelled once ordered or returned back to us for refund.

Under certain circumstances stock items (e.g locker hinges, lock lubricant) can be returned back to us for a refund but this refund will be less the posting & packing charge and a 10% handling fee.
